Whimsy Crafting
A little bit of whimsy, some sass, and lots of crafting
Who am I?
I am the mom that you see always volunteering to make something for school, bake something for teachers or coworkers, and always have multiple crafts in progress. When the pandemic hit, I suddenly had a lot more time on my hands and wanted to put my love of sewing and crafting to use. I started making masks like so many others. It was something I could do that made a difference to people. Then I wanted to make something that would provide comfort. From there Whimsy Crafting was born.
It started with a cuddle critter I named Luna. She was my prototype and after many variations I have a working plan that I can adapt and personalize. From there I started making personalized items with my Cricut. This then led into a middle of the night idea of making a giant soft usable D20 for my kid that loves D&D.
